Meet with your Real Estate Agent to discus your goal, your timeline, trends in the current market place and assess your property’s qualities and characteristics. I will analyze comparable market sales and assess the competition, work with you to determine pricing strategy. and outline a strategic plan to achieve the best possible result for you as a seller

From applying a fresh coat of paint to rearranging furniture and professional photography, I will ensure that the property is visually ready for showing.
- Going Live
The listing is broadcast on Compass.com and sent across our 100+ partner sites for the duration of the selling process. The compass marketing team produces beautiful printed signs to strategically showcase your property. I develop and executes an effective marketing plain with Eye-catching proeprty signs placed outside your property.
- Pricing and Making Connections
Before listing any property, I will conduct an assessment of the market and provide a Comparative Market Analysis showing similar homes that have recently sold within the first 30 days of your listing going live. Once we receive an offer we will review terms of the offer and analyze the pro’s and cons. Together you will decide how to respond to the buyer in several ways Accept, Reject or Counter.
- Escrow and Closing
Once a contract has been agreed to and signed by all parties, an escrow will be opened and the buyers contingency period will begin. I will monitor and coordinate all the details necessary to get you to the
finish line .
